“Hello, Spring” Health Preservation Training


On the afternoon of April 10, the “Hello, Spring” health preservation training program sponsored by the HR Headquarters and the Medical Care and Retirement Division was held in the VIP meeting room at the Group headquarters. About 20 employees of the headquarters attended the training. Main speaker of this training program was Zhang Yujia, supervisor of Health Management from Medical Care and Retirement Division. Zhang graduated from Jiangxi University of TCM with a bachelor degree, and she has rich experience in clinical TCH and health management.

With reference to the characteristics of health preservation in the Spring, the training was composed of four sections, namely “What to Drink”, “Press a Bit”, “Move a Bit” and “Food for Health”. After learning the knowledge of Spring health-preservation tea, acupoint massage, etc, they also learned a set of health exercise to eliminate work pressure. Besides, teacher Zhang also shared her health-preservation gruel and self-made nutrition jellies with employees, and answered their questions about health preservation. During the training program, teacher Zhang was humorous, and with effective interaction, the training program turned out a great success.

After the training program, deputy manager of the HR Headquarters expressed gratitude for teacher Zhang and the Medical Care and Retirement Division on behalf of all the employees trained who had been so satisfied with the training program and looked forward to more employee training programs. HR Headquarters will arrange more training based on corporate and employee requirements in the future, to create a professional, merry, active working atmosphere for Sunglow Group.
